1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using weedemo at www.weedemo.xyz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

weedemo is an AI-powered service that generates polished product demo videos from screen recordings. You upload a screen recording and provide your product URL, and our AI analyzes your content to produce a promotional demo video.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using email/password or a supported OAuth provider (Google, GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payment

• New accounts receive 5 free trial credits.
• Additional credits can be purchased through our credit packs.
• Each video generation consumes 1 credit.
• Credits are non-transferable and do not expire.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to weedemo, including screen recordings, logos, and brand assets. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and transform your content solely for the purpose of generating your demo video.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use all content you upload
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use
• Generate misleading or deceptive promotional material
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious files or attempt unauthorized access

7. Generated Videos

Videos generated by weedemo are yours to use for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. We do not claim ownership over generated videos. However, the AI-generated promotional copy within videos is provided as-is and you are responsible for reviewing its accuracy before distribution.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, weedemo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your uploaded content and generated videos may be deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
